For a real souvenir, I recommend the Traditional dresses and outfits from the Shan Tribes, being sold in many shops around the city.
The nightlife stops between 11 and 12 PM so start early. Thai massage costs a 300 THB (10 USD) for a two hour sessions. Sending postcards to friends and families from Pai has become a modern day tradition, so the shops have supplied the demand. Also a few Art Galleries are open in the high season.
